I heard back from US Comfort immediately and within hours, Elyas arrived to inspect the job and give me a quote! Replacement of our old unit occurred within a few days of my approval. Elyas and his co-worker did an excellent job removing and replacing the old unit, followed by a thorough clean-up. I live in an old building, which presented some challenges. Elyas communicated with me all along the way and handled the difficulties with professionalism and skill. He is quick, courteous, and delivered his work on schedule and on budget. I have discovered that finding skilled and trust-worthy repair service people is almost impossible, but US Comfort delivered in spades. I couldn't be more grateful and pleased with the service they provided.

I called on Friday of a holiday weekend; they came and checked my place out the following Tuesday and installed my fans the next day. I got a fair quote within a couple hours of the inspection visit and they communicated by text and phone to get me what I wanted. While here, they were quiet and respectful of my working from home and also of my space, keeping it clean.

We had ceiling lights installed in our bedrooms, as well as a couple of fans replaced in our bathrooms. They were professional and very pleasant to have in our house. No complaints. Very happy with the results!

I called US Comfort to get my furnace serviced. A technician came out and, during the furnace service, noticed severe issues that actually required a full replacement (the old furnace wasn't even inappropriately sized for the house). The following day, the technician returned with a new replacement furnace and did a great job installing it. Would highly recommend without reservation.

Our air conditioning wasn't cooling at all. I contacted the people at US Comfort and Elyes came for an inspection the same day. He diagnosed the problem and resolved the unit efficiently. Great experience overall.
